Working closely with employers, the National Fund is building solutions that can get people ready for the jobs that will exist in local economies, and help businesses compete in a post-recession economy.

The National Fund is testing how the results from pilot projects can be applied in communities nationwide, coordinating all of the resources available in a community – ranging from literacy and English as Second Language classes, to occupational training – in an effective system for preparing workers and employers for success.
