Overview: Pennsylvania Industry Partnerships Project: Job Ready PA

The goal of the Pennsylvania Industry Partnerships Project is to enhance the skills of the state’s workforce, resulting in higher worker earnings and business revenues through improvements in productivity and the quality of services. The project is part of Pennsylvania’s effort to proactively address critical workforce shortages in key occupations within the state’s nine target industry sectors, and to encourage businesses to upgrade their existing practices, including integrating technology more fully into business operations.
